Hi, welcome to my first blog. I will be posting as often as time will allow, hopefully 3-5 times a week. The posts will be the diary of what life is like being a professional photographer, maybe this will put an end to the banter of my friends that I only work on Saturdays (weddings) they just don’t realise how much back room work goes into high quality wedding photography.
Today will have to be quite short as I spent most of yesterday trying to get this blogging system up and running instead of working on the 4 weddings we have taken in the last 10 days. If you are one of those brides I promise that I will crack on with them as soon as I finish this blog.
So, what will I be doing today? Firstly I will finish off the job we did for the Co-op, Mike actually did this one for me, it should not take too long I only have to correct about a dozen pictures then burn them to disc.
I shot a wedding on the 15th Sept for Mark & Sarah they were very lucky with the weather and it was a wonderful day and I thank them for allowing me to be part of their special day. Well their wedding pictures are going to occupy the rest of my day or at least until 5pm. I will try to post a few of their pictures today if I get time, as I have to go to an MPA Seminar this evening, more about that tomorrow.
Tonight we also have a 60th wedding anniversary to photograph (Mike is doing this for me) if you are wondering who Mike is I will post a picture of him and tell you a bit more about him another day.
Must go for now or Mark & Sarah will never get their proofs!!!
Sarah (Sorry Mark I havn’t got to you yet)
