Last weekend I did my niece’s wedding at Greggs School, West End (formerly Townhill Park House) a fabulous venue as you will see when I put up some pictures later today. It really was a great day full of fun, emotion and surprises for, instance Dean (Emma’s dad) couldn’t stop crying when we were at home. Nicky & Dean (Mum & Dad) had ordered a horse and carriage without Emma knowing, she thought she was going in a limo! When the horse and carriage arrived there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Jimmy & Ann (good family friends) came down from Liverpool for the wedding but Jimmy forgot to bring any trousers and didn’t realise until about half an hour before he had to be at the church, what a panic that was, Jimmy had to rush into town buy a pair of trousers and get to the church which he just about managed to do, well done Jimmy.
All morning it was raining, I couldn’t believe it, such a shame all the effort and lovely grounds and it was all going to be rained on, however the rain cleared up by the time Emma had to leave for the church and it stayed nice for the rest of the day, fantastic.
That’s it for now I will put some pictures up later, as I am training Matthew (my son) how to use Photoshop, he has started helping me one day a week as we are so busy at the moment.
